Custom homes and renovations on Lake Norman

Crestwater Homes is a general contractor and homebuilder. We build new homes, renovate existing ones and add the space you need.

What we build

A new home designed around your lot, your lake views and the way you live, built from the first walkthrough to the final one.

Kitchens, baths, whole-floor updates and full-house remodels, planned so you know what is happening and when.

More room that looks like it was always part of the house: added bedrooms, living space, garages and porches.

Owner-led: Zach and Will are directly involved in the work, so questions go to the people making the decisions.
Clear communication: Regular photo updates and plain-language progress notes during the build.
Local to the lake: We build around Lake Norman, and we plan for its lots, slopes and shoreline rules from day one.
Planned before built: A written scope and schedule before work begins, so there are fewer surprises later.

We work around Lake Norman, including Mooresville, Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Denver and Sherrills Ford.

Tell us about your project and we will get back to you.
