About Crestwater Homes
A small, owner-led general contractor and homebuilder on Lake Norman.
Who we are
Crestwater Homes builds custom homes, renovations and additions around Lake Norman. The company is owned and run by Zach and Will.
We keep the team small so the people you talk to are the people doing the planning, and we keep you informed with regular updates through the build.
